Thanks for posting that link Tuck, really enjoyed listening to it. I'm not a huge LSJ fan but I think I might get this one.

The samples do sound really good!
And it's produced by Janne Haavisto!
I'll have to buy a copy.

thanks for the link Tuck. I've listened to these clips twice, but heard 30 second clips from the other songs. LS never cease to amaze me with their very creative and diverse song writing and playing. Each and every CD gets better and more amazing. Now LS are 5 members. wow. Welcome back Danny!

Its very interesting how each of the guitarist writes a song and has his own style but they all as a team add something to the piece like frosting on a cake but not take it over or change it . They really are a group that appears to get along and love playing together . It becomes a joyful show and listening experience for everyone .

I was delighted with it myself, and delighted that I'll get back from California just in time to catch those two shows in Colorado. As far as Los Straitjackets generally, my solution is to embrace instrumental rock in all forms and let the drip fall where it may. I may generally prefer things that are surfier, but what I really like is pop music in which voice is incidental to the instruments. I have no idea why.
The real thanks on this link should go to Scott Hartman, whom some of you may recognize as a past member (bass) of the AquaSonics and the Royal Aces.

For the LSJ fan who wants to listen to the Jet Set album one song at a time, YepRoc has released the whole thing on 7" vinyl.

Just in time for Christmas!

The funny thing about is the digital version of the 7"s for $9.99
wouldn't that just be the regular album?

You are right, you don't get the extra B-side with the digital download.
