These tracks take about an hour to make each. The drum parts take the longest(especially the fills) because I have to play them on a USB keyboard. The bass lines are easy, because most of the classics have simple, repetitious bass lines. I record the rhythm parts with my Jazzmaster into the computer through a USB preamp. —The Techtonics reverb nation page |

"Banzai Wipeout" now added. I recently purchased a Fender RI Reverb Unit, and plugged it into my USB rig, which I lined straight into Garageband. This is the first backing track I have done with real tube reverb. Eventually, I want to do backing tracks for every song on the "Surf Beat '80" album.
