Say what you like about Fender quality in the 70's, but Fender were pretty good sports back then - They gave Mosrite a free ad...

What year was that ad? It could have appeared in the time frame after Mosrite had gone bankrupt, and before Semie re-formed the company in the early '70s. From Fender's perspective at the time, the guitar was from a defunct manufacturer.

It's from 1971, Mosrite was still around
