Hi all,
I'm selling my Fender '63 reissue tank reverb unit. It is in great cosmetic shape with brown tolex and tan/wheat grill.
This unit has a few good mods - The C10 capacitor was changed to a 1Kv 390pf capacitor to increase the low end response and I'll include a NOS RCA 6k6 tube instead of the factory one.
Also, I have two reverb tanks that can be swapped in and out -- the stock, American made Accutronics tank and a recently purchased MOD tank. Both tanks sound good and they each have a slightly different sound. I think the MOD is a little better for over the top surf sounds (surf city at about 3 on dwell) and the Accutronics is a little more mellow and useful for general usage (for slight reverb added to the mix or the classic 6 6 6 setting).
The footswitch is not included but I have the owners manual and other items that came with the original purchase.
