Attention old people! The Residence Inn across the street from the Starting Gate has a senior discount if you are over 62. Still probably twice as much as Don's Turf Motel, but it includes breakfast, etc. |

Just heard Third Star to the Left on my iPod at the gym a bit ago (had my classic surf playlist on shuffle). Damn, that one still sounds amazing, all these many years later. Personally, I think our (the Cossacks) version doesn't come even close to the original. Really looking forward to seeing them, especially with Jim back in the fold! Great work, Jeff! Ivan |

I recently picked up Rare Surf 1: PJ & Artie, PJ & the Galaxies, The Journeymen, Rare Surf 2: The Nocturnes, Wheely McSidewalk, Revelaires, Vibrants and Rare Surf 3: Johnny Fortune, Johnny Barakat and the Vestells. Turns out Bomp had 'em and appears to still have copies at a pretty reasonable price to boot! Just follow the links above and put 'em in yer cart —Fady El Mirage @ ReverbNation |

Almost 1 month away, all the other surf festivals are over, Jonpaul, and Brian, I don't know who did more work, But I do know that there was a lot of work and time put into this effort.
