It was one of those gigs that was very fun and rewarding for both the band and patrons.
You know how it is,..we play a lot of places where the enthusiasm is lacking or the demographics are just different enough to make it a so so gig.
Not so last night! Very lively and appreciative crowd at a local beach town. Mostly under 30 crowd. The band had a blast and the patrons really dug it.
Played from 11:00 - 2:00am with one break! Working hard spreading The Gospel of Reverb.

congratulations. there must have been something in the north carolina air last night. the group i'm playing with played our first gig last night (no surf but i'm making headway in getting some on the playlist) our hours were 11 PM to 1:30 AM, and i worked in my store from 8:30 AM to 8 PM! anyway.....people liked us and we were invited back after we add a few more tunes. to top it off we even made a little change....eighty bucks for me....wasn't expecting anything so no complaints.
