You bought the guitar like this or you bought the parts and build it yourself ? If you build it, I'm curious to have more details ! —Monkey Ju |

Rondomusic has a JM-style baritone (with humbuckers though) for $160. I'm pretty tempted... It's a Douglas and I'm not sure about the quality of those, but in this price range I expect it to be closer to an SX than to an Agile. —Old punks never die... They just become surf rockers. Nice, now try and work it into the show. As for Rondo music I have an SX Les Paul Special from them, it needed work on the frets but other than that it's a good bang for the buck. And since your not going to use it all that much it's not a bad choice at all. |

i put the parts together for it, i bought the neck on ebay, bolted it to the body and wired up the pickguard, what other details would you like? the neck is off a blacktop telecaster i thought i was going to have to route out the neck joint on the body to fit a tele neck but to my surprise the strat body already had a tele route, i just had to trim the pickguard back a little and everything went together super easy clepak wrote: — http://dinosaurghost.bandcamp.com/ |

im probably going to try using it at church this sunday, hopefully the bass player doesn't get mad at me for wandering into his territory bamboozer wrote: — http://dinosaurghost.bandcamp.com/ |

Well, if he does, tell him YOU don't want him to wander into YOUR territory so he has to stick to the lower octave. Works every time... except with 5-string bass players Old punks never die... They just become surf rockers. |
