I like the music, who is it?

Great !

What does 大正池 mean ?

Not that my Japanese is all that good, but it appears to refer to the area in which the video was shot. It does not appear to be a band name.

Bing translates as Taisho pond and Road Racer.

The Bitch Boys have a track called road racer which is similar, almost.

It has a Shigeo quality about it..

Very cool tune. Anybody else notice that the video is shot from a bicycle?

This is the Surf Coasters

Yep, highly noticeable that it is shot from a bicycle Cool it was thoroughly enjoyable and cool.
Now i have to ask, beg the title of the song because this track has escaped my ears until now. Amazing, thanks for posting.

according to Babylon Japanese to English translator it means Taisho pond.

Space Crickets - soundtrack from Super Runabout.

i like it

While it's kind of a fun exercise to listen to something without knowing who it is, if the intention is to promote something to an English-reading audience, perhaps typing it out in English might be a nice idea.
