Permalink AVRI JM Bridge Adjustment Advice

New Topic

Hi all:

What sort of wrench is needed to adjust bridge height (posts) on these guitars?!?!I have a 25-pc. set of allen wrenches (standard and metric), but none seem to work/fit. I do have the small wrench to adjust the individual bridge saddle height which works perfectly, but these can't be one in the same, right? Please note I have the mechanical aptitude of a tree stump, so there's something I must be missing. Thanks in advance...

Strange. It's supposed to be size .050"

That one isn't in the set I have, but now I at least have a clue as for what to look.

Cool and thanks!

Admittedly, it's been awhile, but I seem to recall the saddle screws and the bridge post screws being the same size. Perhaps something is stuck in the post screw face and is blocking it?
