Go for it Jeff!!! Stress breeds learning. I could be wrong, but considering how much you do for the surf scene I think there are a bunch of people out there that would do whatever they could to help you succeed.

All this talk of "desperately" needing a guitar player compels me to bump this thread.

I agree with dp, you're never too old for surf. My pops does laps around me on the guitar, especially when it comes to surf.
