so I bought one off of ebay a few weeks ago because a friend of mine said he was looking for one.
thought maybe I could sell it to him or keep it if I liked it.
well, he didn't care for it and I'm even less in love with it...
anyone know anything about these little suckers?
got 10's on it now and can still bend over 2 steps up with no problem!
do I have to put 13's on it to play "normal"??
more important, does anyone want to buy it!!!!!?????

If you don't sell it, I'd try 11s or 12s first. I had once worked on an old 22.5" Mustang, and it was all slop with 10s. I thought going up to 11s wouldn't be enough to get it playable, but it was somehow significantly tighter than I was expecting.

I think once it got to a certain tension, the shorter scale kind of helped with the tautness. As I saw it, when there's less string length, there's less slack available. If that makes any sense?

they take flatwounds really well too if your looking to try some stiffer strings on it, with lighter strings they play just as fast as an ernie ball axis
