Wow, I WAS one of those teenagers probably very close to the time period that was filmed. The teens in that clip must have been "city kids" though, because nobody I knew growing up in the Southwester corner of S.Dakota in those days were even close to being that "hip".

Such rebels - it's a wonder the world DID survive.

Earthquakes! Volcanoes! The dead rising from their graves! Human sacrifice! Dogs and cats living together! Mass hysteria!

I'm impressed with how the Ventures rock live in this clip. There is a lot more looseness and edge in this performance than other videos I've seen..including live in Japan.

Thanks for the video. The Cinamon Cinder is mentioned in the video and the place in the clip looks like the Long Beach location on the Traffic Circle. I spent way too much money on cherry cokes there. It was a small place but still attracted the likes of the Carpenters, Jerry Lee Lewis and others.
