However, I just tried the link in the original post and it was blocked here at work. But that happens with a LOT of stuff here at the office.

Make the DVD and Blue Ray
All Region code playable.

The tour DVD from awhile back,
I had to watch on a cheap Korean DVD player,
And crappy small tv.
And could never watch on the nice
Sony player and big TV in the frontroom.

Blu-ray can't be all region since movie is shot in 25fps. Converting it to 24fps means slowing down songs by 4-6%. All in all there is not going to be Blu-ray. It is too expensive. DVD will be all region.
