The search for (Howard) Chin

He was my graphic arts teacher in high school (around '85 in CA), he played guitar and was really into surf music. I found this out when he saw me printing up some "Agent Orange" T-shirts to skate in, and he said he had their albums because they did some surf songs. Mr. Chin! You out there? Anyone ever heard of him? Top
