Surfabilly,
I don't know what you do for a living, but you need to work in a music store. Anyone this passionate about guitars (low end ones especially) has a real edge. I'm simply amazed

Danny, you have an Anniversary right? Vintage or not?
I do, it's the '79 25th anniversary, with the silver/green finish. That's one of the guitars on loan. It's just too heavy to play for any extended period of time. (No comments from any Neptunes, please). The neck is actually an early Warmoth neck, absolutely beautiful birdseye - like buttah. I've just become very fond of the Jag/JM style bridge/tremolo and higher action and the strat was just sitting in my closet.

I think the poll results would have been waaaaaaaaaaay different if it was "Who thinks Matt has too much gear?"

For anyone that has their wife on their butt & needs to store some of their gear, it will be in safe hands at my place. I'll make sure it is well cared for.

I could see folks having to scroll, to see where the "Yes" vote ended, on that one.

After looking at these replies and those on that other thread, maybe I don't have too much gear. Jeez, there's some nice stuff posted there! I have 10 guitars, 3 or 4 amps, the standard amount of effects. Too much? Probably.
