I just watched Hype!, about the rise and fall of grunge in the Pacific NW. The very first band featured with concert footage is Crackerbash, so I looked real close, and (if you blink, you could miss it), there was Scott, (and I'm pretty sure), Ted on drums. Kinda cool, I thought.
I would also recommend the film. Lots of first hand accounts by people on the scene--and a story how success and commercialism ultimately affects everything.

The film is worth watching if for no other reason than the inclusion of The Gits. That is a band that was primed for stardom. If you have not read or heard their story, I highly suggest checking out The Gits movie.

Cool! I'll check that out. Maybe it's on Net-Flix. A while ago saw some Crackerbash music video for some song called "Orion", it was pretty cool.

I like Orion, and Scott is a good bass player too! Speaking of which, that Silvertone bass looks like the same one John uses now.

Good eye, I didn't even notice that. BTW nice shirt and tie there Ted. The other two shlubs are wearing t-shirts. When will they realize they need to start wearing button shirts like us civilized folk? Pfft... people, they're the worse.

I really liked Orion. That video has some interesting comments too. People are passionate about their favorite local bands in Portland, it seems.
