Well there is the old logo:
However if any talented member would like to make a new banner that would be cool.

I'm not familiar with myspace so I don't know what embed codes they use these days. The URL is really all you need. Just right click on the image and pick "copy image location" or "copy image address" or something like that.
If you want to resize it, save the image and resize it yourself. You can host the resized image on a photo hosting site (and they'll probably give you an embed code).

Ah okay, well like you see iam not too familliar,but myspace use same embed than general website like youtube/reverbnation, so a link with a widget banner that link to sg101 with an embed code would be a good idea for computer idiot like me thank for your help and time

The "embed code" is just plain old HTML, unless MySpace changed something:
<img src="http://surfguitar101.com/hosted/1.0_logo.gif" alt="sg101" />
But I'd prefer you upload it to your own image hosting account (imageshack, photobucket) to save my bandwidth.
