Our band The Tsunami Surfers played an out door gig at a Car Show yesterday. A fluke storm blew in the day before so it was wet, windy and extremely cold. My finger were about froze and are still hurting today. I'm the 'old man' on the Jazzmaster and my son on bass. We started this band a couple of months ago for sole purpose of playing Bakersfield car shows as there are 42 different clubs in this town and no surf bands. No problem Jeff, there's a reason for the stools. I have developed a health issue that no longer allows me to be on my feet but for a short time. Rather than not play at all, we decided to sit on stools. Getting old sucks. Just turned 65.

understood.
in my weight gain lately,
my legs start to hurt when standing after awhile at a show.
I always try to find a stool, or chair to sit on at a show now.
