So us Deadbeats will be playing on KALX LIVE! 90.7 FM on March 12th! As you remember The Tomorrowmen played this show not so long ago and now it is our turn!
KALX Live! is a weekly radio show that airs from 9 pm till midnight on
Saturday nights, featuring live broadcast performances and interviews
of Bay Area musical artists.
KALX 90.7 FM in Berkeley broadcasts a 500 Watt stereo signal out to the SF Bay Area and is also available worldwide at http://kalx.berkeley.edu. There is a sizable listening audience tuning
in locally and via webstream. In the vein of "college radio",
kalx's musical programming emphasizes open mindedness and diversity,
featuring music of all types, rarities, independent labels, and
experimental artists.
I'm hoping the usual suspects get on the IRC room that night and give us a listen!

What time will the Deadbeats be on the air - the whole show from 9pm to midnight? I will mention it on my show on KFJC - glad to support other college radio stations like KALX in the Bay Area.

Hahaha, yes the show is this Saturday March 12 starting at 9pm Pacific.
I don't know if we go on at 9pm sharp or what, but whenever we do we'll probably play about 45 minutes worth of music, including a couple brand new songs!
Those of you who haven't heard the Deadbeats haven't lived.  So everyone check it out! We'll be your new favorite surf band!
