it plays real nice,
of course I haven't plugged it in,
as I don't have an amp for the speaker cab.
and I plan on puttin some flats on it.

Brian,
My mom took a pic of me with the bass,
but I need her to load it on the comp,
and then send it to me,
or I could use a crappy Iphone pic from my phone.

So I finally got around to having a pic of me and the bass taken,
and its with its cousin the Jazzmaster that Paul(Colt Surf) has donated for the SG101 convention.

Thanks to you all again for getting me that Bass, it means so much to me. I will never forget it, and your generosity.

I basically just started asking small groups of people on Facebook until I got to the asking price. I chose Facebook because I knew Jeff wasn't on it. I didn't want to ask here and give up the surprise.

I hope you enjoy it Jeff and I hope it reminds you of how much we all love ya, big guy!

I have to admit to getting a little teary eyed after reading this. Very cool folks!

I just read this whole thread. It all took place before I knew anything about SG101. What a wonderful thing to do. I have never known a better, kinder, more generous or nicer group of people.
