You mean ......it's not Santa?!
Cool clips - I love Christmas Surf music - how'd the crowd like it?
Last year, the A-Sonics got to play a short set of 6 Christmas tunes, and based on that, we got several gigs at our favorite local club. Sadly, I haven't gotten to play my favorite, "Sleigh Ride" this year. I'm going to break out the Straitjackets holiday album in the morning, and make everybody at work listen to it several times over.

I can see a bit of stomach padding, but that Santa looks a little on the slim side.
And I'm not sure but I heard he might be a bit "Chicken of the Sea"

Probably because reindeers can't swim. Santa did play a mean Miserlou, though.

I didn't know Santa was that tall. But the red Strat is very seasonal. Oy!

On a somewhat related side note, I heard what I'm assuming was the Venture's "Sleigh Ride" while I was shopping yesterday - in Aeropostale of all places. I have no doubt that I was the only person in the store who even knew who the Ventures were.

Dig that crazee F#m7Sus4 in "Sleigh Ride". Do a little Nokie style muted rake picking to get the 16th notes and then let them ring...

Not to be a Scrooge here Jake, but you'll have to explain why Santa would take tobacco sunburst over peppermint red???
