Permalink Delta Lab DGFX1 Guitar Multi-Effects Pedal

New Topic

Being new to surf style guitar playing, I recently purchased one of these units rather than an assortment of others:
• Boss FRV-1 Fender '63 Reverb Guitar Effects Pedal
• Boss FDR-1 - Fender '65 Deluxe Reverb Guitar Pedal
• DeltaLab DD1 Digital Delay Guitar Effects Pedal
• Danelectro DSR-1 “Spring King”
• SolidGoldFX “Surf Rider”
The price was right and the potential combinations are endless. I've been able to setup some surf sounds ranging from mild to wild with lots of wet reverb and spring back. However, it does take a while playing with the combinations (I'll post my setups in the coming days). In the mean time, I wanted to start a thread to give others the opportunity to post their settings as these units make greater inroads into the community. Namely, various surf tones by genre and maybe even a particular group or song. I'd like to include Spy, Spaghetti Western, and maybe even Country Western and other Twang sounds. I'm looking forward to your input.

Thanks!
