At the surf shows I've gone to, I definitely move. Calling it dancing would be a stretch, though. Actually, it's kind of like calling a gas station hot dog "food". It looks like it alright, but it's quite unappealing.

I presume you're only talking about surfmusic here .... netherlands, yeah sure enough, dancing at surf shows, most of the time just a few people though. but it's better then with most other styles of music. on ething is that surf music and rockandroll/ãbilly, those ar ethe only kinds of muusic where you will see guys actually sort of try to dance, instead of more or less just jumping into erachother. Well, different people like different things, I guess. I'm just a little put off by gray meat. Especially when meat is spelled meeet and used in the phrase "meeet-flavored food-based product". Back on subject, however, I see a lot of people dance at Los Straitjackets shows. How can you not, though, right? I know I pull out lots of my best moves at their shows. For example, I do the ol' canoe paddle, the butter churn, the lazy tomater (that's an original), and a lot of freestyle moves. I do a mean-ass Hucklebuck, too. |

Jeez, teach me to read these postings before I've had my first cup of coffee... I first read that as "I do a mean ass-Hucklebuck, too" I almost had a completely different mental image of Jon dancing at shows! ~B~ |

Was it better than what you originally pictured? |

It was.... something, I'll tell ya that much. Can't say that it was something I tried to picture one way or the other. ~B~ |

Sometimes, if the right song is played. How do you do the Kelp? I'd do that one for sure. |

There is always some wild out of control dancing at the HB Surf Museum shows. |
