I'm thinking about making a drive to check out a Sunn 412SP cabinet to use (part time) with a Surfer amplifier. The cabinet has four Sunn Transducer speakers in it.
Does anybody know anything about these speakers or the cabinet? I've found a little about it online, but I'd like to learn more before going to see it. Your input will be appreciated.

Thanks, Scot. I appreciate your insight. I know that Fender bought Sunn out and then later closed down the product line. Apparently in the late '60's and early '70's the Sunn products were in vogue, especially with the rock'n roll crowd. Anyone else have any insight into the reliability or sounds of Sunn speakers or speaker cabs?

The cabinet has four Transducer speakers in it. This is the result of a better output of high quality sound. You might have to consider the cabinet walls for that to level up the frequency.
