I think it's Ultra Q's theme, originally by the Surf Coasters,
but slowed down, and loungend up a bit.

Square Jungle is an album by the band Impala. They are from Memphis or somewhere back in the Midwest. Unfortunately, I believe their entire collection is out of print.
