We've been in the studio and thought to share some of what we've tried re the guitars. I split the signal and ran one side of mine to an El Sonido 2 12's and a G-Verb with med-heavy wash. The other side to a Surfer 2 15's and a second G-Verb with only a light wash. The results are very exciting...we did find that some mic's worked better on one amp then the other.
Our other guitarist plays through a Matchless set for crunch..the interplay of his thick tone with the Gomez overload sounds quite charming in a rip your face off kinda way...anyway I wanted to show some love for Dario's amps..can't wait to see what he comes up with next...need to start saving $$ now
Wow this sounds great!
I have a soft spot for old Showmans, never owned one but loved the sound the early Beach Boy records got through them. Of the two Gomez amps, which do you like the most? That 2*15 Surfer must be a monster!

All of Dario's amps are good!!! It's all up to you and your needs? Proton used the full on arsenal w/ both Gomez G-spring's The Recording studio must have been shaking like crazy with all that iron and speakers going off!! Some people like Dario's G-verb a smaller footprint 15w 1x15 combo.. Or you go with a 85w Surfer w/ 1x15 tone-ring cabinet like mine.

Great looking rig!
I'm new to all this so forgive the questions....are the speakers in these basically take offs on the JBL's of the era? That one 15 looks great, and loud!
