In other words we need a new drummer for the vicars of twiddly, we are well known in Oxford and Reading (had some great reviews in pipeline magazine and Nightshift!!!), and play surf and garage, we rehearse occassionally in Chalgrove,
The band line-up is bass, guitar, Organ, Occassional sax, go-go dancing nun, and of course we are looking for a drummer to complete the line-up.
It's a great fun band, and done for love of surf and garage, rather than money, although we do get some well paid gigs. We need a good, solid drummer who must be prepared to play in costume. We did nearly twenty gigs last year and we want to play a couple of times a month. We've played conventions, xmas parties, festivals, private parties, as well as all the circuit venues like the Nags Head HW, Wheatsheaf, Jericho Tav, The Cellar, and the rising sun.
