The drummer said it was really weird sitting in front of the band. He said they use a lot of visual communication and he could not the the guitar players. It was not their drums and the drums were setup before they were there. Everyone played that night with the same setup. Another person mentioned to me how they liked it with the drummer in front, because they usually could not see the drummer and the guitar players stood up and blocked the view of the drummer. I had never thought of it that way. The stage there is really small and I think it has a piano crammed in the corner.
