Ever kick your reverb tank ?

Just wanted to hear the group's thoughts...thanks Top

I own a TU-2, and stepping on that thing too much loosens the input jack. So I highly suggest not kicking one! Maybe breathing on it is okay. I tighten before i use it each time. Apparently they are not very good if you have a vocalist that goes mental and stomps all over your pedal board! Top

I've kicked it hundreds of times since then, sometimes lightly & sometimes to the point of the unit falling over. The only problem I've ever had with it was in the last 6 months. One of the connections to the pan broke away. Not that big a deal. (BTW Thanks Don!) If it's a reissue, kick away! But under no circumstances would I kick someone else's tank, even if they said it was ok. Bob Top
