Permalink Rt 666 Musical Tour

I was just listening to Pollo del Mar's The Devil & the Deep Blue Sea. Not the first time either. I have it on the computer at work and sometimes, especially if there's no one to be bothered if I turn it up a bit, I conduct a little chicken fry. Other stuff, too, of course. Anyway, in Rt 666 I get that there's an extract from Baby, Please Don't Go - a la Ted Nugent, I'd say, because I have that on a garage music collection somewhere - but it suddenly occurred to me that I was probably missing a bunch of additional musical allusions, like the chording bit after that. Anyone want to clue me in? Sometiems I recognize my ignorance without having it pointed out. Mostly not ...

Or maybe the BPDG is a la Beacon Street Union?
