I have heard this song played before on Surf Albums, but not like this guy.

Just a suggestion - you might want to consider a more informative title for this thread.

That was excessively violent and completely unnecessary. I loved it.

Yea, my bad.

Tommy is like a force of nature. I've seen some great players in my time but Tommy can capture the attention of an entire audience like no one I've ever seen. He also is very personable and makes the audience feel like they are his friends.

The artist formerly known as: Synchro

When Surf Guitar is outlawed only outlaws will play Surf Guitar.

Got that right.

got in on vinyl.... Tommy was big in australia when i was first learning guitar, always on tv shows etc, think he might have played the opening ceremony for sydney 2000 olympics. might actually get the record out and have a listen.....

Greatness!

The reality is that we do not wash our own laundry - it just gets dirtier.

Tommy is a phenomenal player, I love his stuff. This was a great rendition of an old classic.

I learned it at a family reunion, from my grandfather's cousin. Being from a musical family, our reunions were essentially big bluegrass and country jams. Was always a great time, learned a lot. This song always reminds me of them, because it always ended up getting played.
