You had me with the SG101 show (but I always forget about that effin Necrobella scream every time I listen to it), then you reeled me in with the Tiki Oasis show, but you almost lost me with the Jack the Ripper show. It'll be a while before I play that song again! Seriously good tunes presented with just the right mix of humour and expletives. It's in regular rotation on my MP3 player. Wow. Gracias for the kind words! When Necrobella recorded that scream, I thought we might have to explain to the police that, in fact, no animals were harmed during the recording of this podcast. If you think it's loud on the show, I will tell you it was EXPONENTIALLY louder when she let it rip! mom_surfing, I am happy to know you dig the show so much & ah tank joo for keepin' da theen alibe! —Radio Free Bakersfield--60 Minutes of TWANG, CRUNCH, OOMPH. |

That Terry Bunny dude. There was so much chatter on him & his bushi on here, I Googled him & found one of his records downloadable for free. Plus some other stuff. Thanks to KK for the leads on new old music. —Radio Free Bakersfield--60 Minutes of TWANG, CRUNCH, OOMPH. |

Damn, Jeff! Thanks! I heard that CD in a plant shop in Cambria purely by chance Labor Day weekend. Great stuff. I will be playing more of it in the weeks to come. —Radio Free Bakersfield--60 Minutes of TWANG, CRUNCH, OOMPH. |

I want to hear more of Eilen Jewel... Off topic trivia! The Cads rehearsed in the room I share with Peachfuzz and the Tikiyaki Orchestra. Myself, Bacchi and Andrew from Peachfuzz were all in Authorized Dealer together years back. I heart Peachfuzz!! —Jeff Utterback |

There must be something magical in that room, man. Both PFs & TOs latest CDs are ridiculously good. More trivia: in December 2005, I was looking for a replacement drummer for the Spahn Ranch Boys. Pamita referred me to not only Dusty Watson, but Andrew from PF. Alas, Dusty was on tour with the Supersuckers & Andrew was a no show for the audition. Why she didn't refer me to YOU, I dunno. I might still have a freakin' band. —Radio Free Bakersfield--60 Minutes of TWANG, CRUNCH, OOMPH. |

um. no. Where did you here that? I guess if by released you mean those ghetto assed cdrs that I handed out at Tiki Oasis. Then yes the cd has been released. Somebody else asked me about that recently too. We aren't in a financial position to release it right now. We might master the tracks and make them available as a download only, but that will probably be next year. —The Exotics 1994-Current |

I read it on the Exotics MySpace. There's a pic of an album cover. The caption reads: The "LOST ALBUM", unearthed after more than 10 years. Available Oct. 2009.
