hello
Is there any way I can listen to the podcast without downloading them ?
It says it going to take half an hour to download . Is this normal ?
I thought i was able to listen to the first couple without having to do the download.
BTW thanks for the podcasts
Hope you lucky buggers had a good time at the convention !
Thanks

Are you on dial up? That's too long for broadband. I have quicktime installed and when I click on 'download now m4a' it takes about 10 seconds to start playing.

Whether or not the file downloads or streams (plays immediately) depends on a few different variables: the file format, what you have your browser configured to do with files of that type, and what media player(s) you have installed on your computer.

So Windmill if you give us a little bit more info like what operating system you are using (PC/Mac), what browser, etc. then maybe we can assist you. Personally, I have a pretty fast connection, and like Danny it only takes tens of seconds to download and then I play it locally.

Thanks for the reply
I'm on PC running XP.
The rist couple of podcats I was able to stream but was there a different type of link ?
I generally use windows Media Player.
( I would rather play guitar than muck around with software on computers )
Thanks
