Permalink compressors and delay/echo

Try to find out Esa Pulliainen's settings, you'll be surprised how many combinations three rotary knobs can give you. I had a delay pedal which initially i was most disappointed with, of course the first thing i did was set all controls at maximum! But then a few days later i returned and gave the settings a little more focus and bingo it worked a lot better.

I tried compression and found I hated it. Gotta have that amp dynamic!

I DID pick up a FUZZbrite and love that. I put in the old fashion dollar store battery so it would sound like they were meant to and it doesn't have that shrill top end like the modern alkaline or the 9 volt jack. Try it!

So my chain is Jazzmaster into FUZZbrite into a Nova Delay set for 145 ms slapback tape echo into my Swart AST PRO with tube trem and reverb. Fantastic!
