Hey guys, I recently aquired a guyatone guitar from a friend on a trade. I liked it because it had two single coils and trem kind of like a jag. It has an stretched headstock and a metal G for a logo. I'll post pics when i get home from work.
Does anyone know anything about these guitars. I've seen different price ranges on ebay, and saw the exact same one yesterday but when I checked on it today, it was no longer there. I got the guitar for a 4x20 scope for paintball which is useless anyway. Did I score a good deal or is this just a cheap piece of Shite?
I like the playability of it, but alas it needs new electronics. If it's collectable then I shall fix it up and possibly sell it.

hell dude, fix her up and play the hell out of her - she's a beauty! it would look geat with those buns pups Dave Wronski's has on one of his jags. I think they're called tri-sonics?

Thanks for the feedback. I was playing w/o an amp this afternoon and kinda fell in love! Where could I find those pups that you speak of? I've gotta find an arm for this, I might go for a reissue jag arm and see how that goes!
