Hard to tell I do like your homemade guitars better... hey, I´m sorry , don´t get that mad about my opinion the thing that really annoys me about this guitar is that is no substance there.........they try to make a "surf " or "exotica" model, but they don´t work with the players opinion trying to develop a special guitar, they just make a futurama with von franco graphics on it — El Papu & los Fantasticos Reverberantes Top

I actually really like chandler guitars, I have two, but other than their slide model, I agree, they got off the "idea train" a long time ago. the telepatic and the baritone are great, but this one is a great mistake............another thing that makes me mad is that the company guys are very disrespectful with the artist, and only put that crappy photo of the guitar in their website...if the caracter of the artist is the "hook" for sales, it´s obvious that you have to put there the best pics that you can, with all the details there... by the way, be sure that my homemade guitars got a lot more of soul and care than many of the chandler guitars, I put a lot of time and effort working on that, something that those guys sure don´t do when they develop this model — El Papu & los Fantasticos Reverberantes Last edited: May 20, 2009 21:20:15 Top

Bender Joined: Dec 23, 2012 Posts: 24	Posted on Jan 13 2013 08:45 PM Well I just got myself a Taboo Tiki from Chandler--love the Metro I have, and so far with a few hours of noodling around, am enjoying the Taboo Tiki. It looks good in the flesh. It's essentially a modded Futurama from what I can tell. I had looked at a Kawai Teisco reissue (1998?) here that was going for $1999 AUD -- figured this was a better deal and Chandler had one left.
