Which amp or modeler you use at home for private practicing at low volume level?
Could be the TECH21 TM10 a ggod one?
Obviously for a clean reverberated sound!

I have a Kustom Dart complete with white roll pleat exterior and a Vox DA-5. The Kustom sounds better clean than the Vox, but the Vox modeling can make some really obnoxious noises if your so inclined. —2012-2013: FILTHY POLAROIDS |

I have a Champ 600 that I just got. Played it Saturday with sleeping kids across the hall and a cranky wife downstairs. Nobody noticed. I also have a Tascam guitar trainer that I use. Love the ability to slow things down. That plays through headphones, although I could line out it to the amp. I can use it as a headphone amp as well. Don't need to have a CD going. —Will "You're done, once you're a surfer you're done. You're in. It's like the mob or something. You're not getting out." - Kelly Slater |

I don't want to call it a practice amp because it is a nice sounding amp and I play it because I want that tone. I use a Danelectro case amp when I feel the need to plug in. |

I've been "thinning my herd" the past couple of years and have sold all the small amps I used to practice with. Now I use a recently acquired Deluxe Reverb reissue for practicing guitar, and a Mesa Scout for bass. Fortunately I don't have any neighbors close by. —Jack Booth The Mariners (1964-68, 1996-2005), 2025 |

Most of the time, I'm plugged into a Pod 2.0 which runs into the line-in jack of my MacBook. I use a little freeware app called "LineIn" (from www.rogueamoeba.com) to route the line-in to the headphones out and thence either into a set of Altec Lansing speakers with a subwoofer or a pair of Behringer HPX2000 headphones. Occasionally, I'll fire up GarageBand and fart around with the various amp modeling and reverb plug-ins. -- Woody —It takes a lot of mussel memory to avoid clams. |

I use a Traynor YCV80Q (4 x 10"). Not exactly compact, but it's smallest amp I own. Mel |

99 % of the time I use a Reverend Goblin 5/15 in the 5 watt mode. As far as your question on the Tech 21 combo, I have no experience Bob —Bob |

I run the headphone or line out of my Crate Powerblock, it does a fine job. I usually run the line out into my multitrack and have an old stereo as a monitor. —Danny Snyder I am now playing trumpet with Prince Buster tribute band 'Balzac' Playing keys and guitar with Combo Tezeta Formerly a guitarist in The TomorrowMen and Meshugga Beach Party Latest surf project - Now That's What I Call SURF |

At home, I use a Champion 600 with the tank and sometimes a Vox Pathfinder 15 with a Watkins Copicat. For travel, I use the Danelectro Amp In Bag with a Danelectro Spring King or with the BLT Slap Echo. |
