yes, 1959 - 1965. first edition, 1978.

two questions:
* how many where printed in the first edition?

  • what are the odds of finding one in near mint condition in a 2nd hand dump-bookstore in Tilburg, Netherlands? Shocked

There can't have been many of those published--1st edition, what a find--and in that location too. You really never know! That's what makes me haunt the used bookstores from time to time, that I could be lucky like that.
