Here gentlemen and ladies is a link to a film short on Tybee Island, GA. I was sent the link from one of my buddies who lives and surfs there.

YouTube - Surfing Sucks: Don't Try It

Tybee is 17 miles east of Savannah and it was the inspiration for me to write "Tybee Island Sunset."

This documentary was produced by students at SCAD, Savannah College of Art and Design.

I hope everyone takes the 16 short minutes to enjoy this film.

Best Reverbs to all from Eddie K, who is currently in Savannah and hopes to join the surfing crowd out on Tybee when the weather and the water warm up a bit.

Traditional........speak softly and play through a big blonde amp. Did I mention that I still like big blonde amps?

Be sure to visit the lighthouse:

I also like to think that all early 60's fender equipment is happy to be playing surf music again. After all, its the music it was meant to play.

Ah yeah, and right in front of the Lighthouse is THE North Beach Grill.........World's best crabcake sandwhich...... Will be there for dinner tomorrow if George has the place open......one never knows with George. AJ's on the back beach has a great one as well.

I am starting to salivate like one of Pavlov's dogs.

If I'm ever down there, I may try that place. I love me some crabcakes, and half the local restaurants sell fresh crabcakes from the Chesapeake Bay right North of town.

Brian, I think he's referring to this.

Thanks Eddie, that was really enjoyable; I actually consider SCAD-vannah one of my favorite cities.
