double, interesting question... supposedly there is an interview with rob from the 90s with a photo of him and his records and the record on the top of the stack is an Invisible Men 7". however, when rob started the label i don't think the LIM were together... or if we were it was only Keith and i in the band with some crappy stand-ins... no dave or shane, or billy or...
what was that goth guy's name?
who cares.
basically the LIM were a reason to get super intoxicated, fight, insult and play fun music. it wasn't until the bomboras broke up that it was taken seriously and the real mega-effort didn't come till "Come Get Some." by then rob was long-done with the label.
thanks brandonio. i am stoked people dug our music. although i moved away from LA i would always entertain the notion of recording again and shane, gregg and i have been talking about working together again... what monicker that work would fall under would be unknownst to me.

I totally agree the Legendary Invisible Men are freakin' amazing. The band and their songs are totally underrated in the surf/garage world.Does anybody know if the band has any plans on recording more albums.
I believe Lord Hunt had said something about more stuff on the way. Did you check out that song "Headless Man" on Lord Hunts Myspace page? Pretty cool song. I think thats pretty recent.

A few years ago I was watching the behind the scenes special features on Eli Roth's Cabin Fever dvd (yeah, I have an exciting life) and this guy doing make-up and gore f/x was wearing an Invisible Men T-shirt, then after a few minutes I realized it was Dr. Lehos. He was applying make-up to the actors and they were having a great time playing with an air compressor gun and film blood. If no one has seen the movie, it deals with flesh eating bacteria so there are some great, disgusting sight gags involving different stages of necrosis.

Cabin Fever is one of the better horror-comedies since Return of the Living Dead, imho. The kung-fu kid is non sequitor humor at its best.

I collected all the Zombie-a-Go-Go releases, including the Frankenstein soundtrack. It's a shame that label didn't last. The packaging was great..they all had cool album covers and booklets.

I've seen what could pass as a small portion of a Bomboras tour documentary on YouTube.I think it has about 3 parts.Just do a search, I'm sure you'll see it.
