One part of the interview that I found interesting was when he talked about the negative response to their last album. I kind of agreed. I love sounds like trouble for what it is, but their 7"s just had much tighter melodies

I've had an advance CD-R copy for a couple of months now. It's an INCREDIBLE CD, I've been listening to it a LOT. I just ordered the manufactured copy on Sunday from No Hit Records in the UK. The total with shipping was about US$20, which is on the high side - but most definitely worth it for this CD! I'll try to write a review in the next few days or a week. Suffice to say: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! —Ivan |

Uncanny ... I was just wondering about the status of this album earlier today and was planning on asking here in the forum. Well, now I'm waiting for my copy to arrive! Holy crap, just looking at the instrument list on the album jacket has me stoked! I'm so excited! |

aaaand Wild Records must have a pretty strange idea of "December 4th" because I could swear I have the album and just listened to something pretty incredible. I don't know, it could have all been a dream though. Seriously, this thread might need to move into the review section soon but this is the big one y'all — |

I just received a big shipment of CD's today - I hope to have it on the Double Crown website by tomorrow. This, along with the new Los Twang Marvels CD, are my joint albums of the year for 2008 (a decision made easier by the fact that I really shouldn't include Double Crown releases in the running for the title). —Sean Surf CD's / Vinyl / Fanzines / DVD's |
