I mainly come up with the Eliminators and Fathoms, too. But how about the Maladroits?

Try "McCoy."
There are a number of non-surf instrumental and "instrumental-prone" bands with saxophonists, of course, and as someone implied, a number of bands have had one now and again, for a certain song.
As far as (somewhat?) recent Centurions, what about

I'm not quite sure what to make of this site, not to mention "Bullwinkle, Part III"? No objection to more parts there, of course. Parts is parts with moose. Meese? Mooses?
I love saxophone, though it's well known that I can't tell one saxophonist from another in the flesh. I think the trouble is I don't see them very often.

JetBlue
Not a modern band, but The Sentinals used a gritty sax sound pretty effectively.
I agree. With first wave bands I think the challenge is to think of examples without saxophonists. Or with two. One is sort of the average, and that one usually pretty decent. I've always particularly liked the saxophone in the Revels and the Rumblers, which may not count as surf bands.
None: Surf Teens.
Two: Crossfires.
The original (but pre-surf) Rhythm Kings had three, though not necessarily all playing sax at the same time.

No one has mentioned The Halibuts yet. Everyone here must own their Live at Toes album which was released on CD a few years ago.

I thought about Impala, but wasnt sure if the sax member was full time, or just on some songs.
I believe the sax player is also the organ player. His name is Justin Thompson for those of you keeping count.I highly recommend everybody get as much Impala records as you can too.To me no release was better than the other.
