Have your guitar out on a stand, hooked up to your amp, if possible.
If it's out in the open, you're more likely to play it.

Having the old home studio/4-track/cakewalk hooked up
really makes for easy regular practice. Also playing with
the kahunas on the weekend/evenings can make practicing way
more enjoyable. I find that making a pot of moka java makes
practice routine way more energetic. The association
between java and tube amplification is a naturally
syngystic one.
