The SURGE! will be performing that night for Tiki Torch Night Atlanta, at Trader
Vic's in the Hilton, here in Atlanta.......While we can't be there in person,
we WILL be there in spirit. We will dedicate our whole show to Phil's great
work and support of surf and instrumental rock. On the show will be APE! from
out on the west coast......We will lift many Mai Tai's high in appreciation of
all you guys out there partying in Phil's honor.......The SURGE! (Eddie Katcher,
