New official Surfer Joe announcement:
From January 1st it will be available a new EP in extra limited edition titled YÉ-YÉ SURFER JOE PLAYS FRANCE GALL. It is a very cool vinyl-like CD sold with cover and plastic sleeve.
The CD-EP includes 2 covers of French yé-yé music revisited in instrumental music, 2 songs that were brought to the success by the Parisian singer France Gall in the late 60s.
Consider it a Surfer Joe collectible item! It will be available for all shows of the Californian tour and online sales.

So on OCTOBER 1st 2015 EL SONIDO COJONUDO DE SURFER JOE will be available on CD and digital downloads. It includes 4 new songs and the Live in Brighton 2014 which is finally printed. We are talking about traditional surf music in 4 sparkling tunes, brand new songs in a cool packaging!
On September 15th PRE-SALE will be available on iTunes!

For the first time Ralf Kilauea of the German Kilaueas band and Lorenzo Surfer Joe got together to produce some original surf music! We are talking about a 7" split of 4 tracks, pure surf music fun mood with Lorenzo Surfer Joe on drums and guitars, Ralf on guitars and Tom Kilauea as guest on bass.
The digital release on CDBaby.com and other usual channels is on JUNE 15 while the actual little vinyl record will be available hopefully at the Surfer Joe Summer Festival or the end of the month.
The songs titles are surely funny, but the songs have been produced with serious attention and great great sound! Also these songs will only be available with this EP release exclusively, both Ralf and Lorenzo are not planning to include these tracks in any future albums.

I am happy now to announce the release of the first Surfer Joe solo album, ready by August 1st and for sale starting at the SG101 convention this summer.
SENOR SURF - Surfer Joe
The album includes 12 tracks, 9 of them previously unreleased. One of the tracks is a bonus recorded by Paul Johnson & friends on past October that will not be included in the upcoming EP of them, featuring Paul Johnson on guitar and Lorenzo on drums. All the otehr tracks feature Lorenzo Surfer Joe on guitars and drums. It is recorded 100% ANALOG (recording, mixing, mastering) at Circo Perrotti Studio in Gijon, Spain. Produced by Lorenzo Valdambrini and Jorge Explosion for Surfer Joe Music. Unique vintage Telefunken mixing desk and MCI recorder machine. (www.circoperrotti.com)
The release comes in 12" vinyl and digital download. It is possible a CD production but still not certain.
It will be available in all major underground catalogs worldwide and through Surfer Joe web site.
Here it is folks! A video playlist of all of Unsteady Freddie's amazing videos from the 2012 Surfer Joe Festival in Livorno, Italy. Freddie deserves a standing ovation for his heroic efforts to document Surfer Joe! There are currently 93 (!) videos in this playlist, with a few more to be added once bands give their permission. In case you haven't heard, San Francisco Bay Area bands The TomorrowMen, Meshugga Beach Party and Frankie and the Poolboys head out on June 20 to headline at Italy's Surfer Joe Surf Music Festival. After which we are touring the entire country from the top of the boot to the heel. SG101's own Lorenzo Valdambrini not only created the festival, he's managing our tour and playing drums in Frankie. The man's a powerhouse of talent!
