The Penetrators live in 1996!

I've put together a video playlist of the live Penetrators videos Ferenc (PolloGuitar) uploaded to YouTube recently. From Ferenc's YouTube description for the first video, Redlined:

The Penetrators surf music band hailed from Tuscaloosa, Alabama. They were one of the most popular and influential bands of surf music's "Third Wave", and released 2 CDs, a single, a live DVD and made numerous appearances on tribute and compilation CDs. It's a tragedy that guitarists and brothers, Spanky and Rip, died so young. In July of 1996, the quartet traveled to the Bay Area for a few shows including a live KFJC broadcast, a show at the infamous Purple Onion, and a show at the The Paradise Lounge. A VHS video of the Paradise just surfaced, and I'm going to put the whole set on YouTube. I encourage you to seek out The Penetrators music Enjoy.

Martin Cilia @ Lucky 13 Garage
Buy tickets here ---> http://bit.ly/Vtm6vd

Martin Cilia is Australia's premier surf rock guitarist and also long time member of legendary Australian band, The Atlantics. He's taking the sounds of summer to Moorabbin for a touch of rockabilly surf.

"Martin has been championing the surf sound down under as lead guitarist for the great Aussie surf band, THE ATLANTICS, and he is clearly one of the best $#&%*! surf guitarists to be found anywhere."
Paul Johnson, The Surfaris (writer of Mr Moto)

He has taken a step into the solo spotlight with the release of three solo albums to date, the latest being "Surfersaurus". In live performance Martin and his band draw songs from the Atlantics repertoire, including the classic "Bombora" as well as classics such as Pipeline, Miserlou, Wipe Out, Walk Don't Run.

Supported by the Jordan C Thomas Trio

Jordan C Thomas is a singer/songwriter working in the styles of Jazz, Swing and Rockabilly with master skill and effortless cool. In this niche he is one of the country’s most sought after musicians - playing with such luminaries as Imelda May, Royal Crown Revue, Brian Setzer, Deke Dickerson, The Porkers, the Louisville Sluggers, Lee Rocker, and many more.

The Jordan C Thomas trio is an empowering statement against the pre-packaged ‘flash in the pan’ pop idols that clog the airwaves. The sound is passionately traditional and authentic, but it transcends eras, fads and fashions.  It’s something else. It's cool, it's old school and it's coming soon to a venue near you...

The Sin & Tonics

This Tasmanian Three Piece act has been building momentum since 2009 with their first nine track release “Happy Hour” - a total self-produced mini album which received praise Australia wide. The band prides itself on its open-minded approach to both sound and performance. The Sin & Tonics are the sort of band that can and does play alongside punk bands, swing bands, country, psychobilly and Rockabilly acts, blending well but still standing apart.
