My personal opinion is that Madiera are more than good enough to be on tour opening for one of the major artists. They are much better than any opening act I have ever seen. |

Yes indeed. There is a ton of incredible talent in that band. |

I'd say the other way round would be equally justifiable ... the madiera is better then many major main acts Ive seen. that video RIPS. btw, the video is pretty much an Ivan oneman show visually, but major major kudos to the rest of the band as well! man, It'll take Flash 12.0 and a pentium turbo7 processor before we'll be able to actually see Patricks hand strumming. awesome! I was there :P. If this is SG101, that show was AP Surf guitar class. But it was also 'Too cool for school' Here's to Ivan and the Madeira, keeping the rest of us humble —Danny Snyder Playing keys and guitar with Combo Tezeta Formerly a guitarist in The TomorrowMen and Meshugga Beach Party Latest surf project - Now That's What I Call SURF |

Ya know, I don't care how many times I ever see The Madeira perform (I probably won't count, anyway), I'll always be amazed at how awesome their sets are! Matt —Fast Cars & Loud Guitars! |

Hmm... That's only about three hours away from me... I might try to make it to that show. |

Yeah man...I just did it a couple of weeks ago (Columbus-Indy) coming back from the Hula Hop. Easy drive. Nice rest areas on the way with comfortable outdoor tables to doze on top of (let's just say the Hula Hop made for a long weekend and I was driving back early Sunday...needed those rest stops). I am going to try and get there if I can (2 hrs. for me). Ivan...no natural disasters this time, OK (outside of the Sandstorm, of course). —Jet Sterling, Cosmic Spy |

The forecast is for perfect weather that night, so it should be a great show. It is Friday the 13th, though..... |
