Brian
My plans are pending the final announcement of the lineups.
This is true for me as well. I could do something on Thursday. Last year I came out a day or two early and checked out a bunch things folks recommended, plus going up to Ventura on Friday to see the Eliminators. San Diego would have worked fine for me, too, and I'm planning on heading that direction this year.
I will rent a car. I don't mind carpooling and can be the pooler or poolee as desired.

Very cool Tuck! We're hoping more people can make their way down to San Diego on Friday because we've got a great lineup IMHO.

Woody, Mitch, Karol K and I are headed in on Thursday AM on the same flight. I can park Karol some place with a pool and I can get a head start on Super Surf Saturation. I'll need a name tag to figure out who I AM after all this..........Yeah, "death by surf music." Kinda has a nice ring to it don'tcha think?
Eddie likes it.

I'm sure some of us locals won't mind helping out in terms of transportation.

ah shucks, thank you Brian.
I just hope that some people can make it,
I'd hate to do all this work and have 10 people from Out of state or Nor. Cal. show up and have the place look like this.

Well there are pros and cons to having a lot of people. The turnout last year was pretty damn good, I think it surprised a lot of people. In any event the people who do make it will have a fantastic time, that is for sure.
Any chance Eddie Bertrand or Paul Johnson might show?
