ALLRIGHT..... listening party everyone, someone suggest a time please. I propose sunday morning or evening, but please someone propose a time which is doable for all the US timezones. the rest-of-the-worlders like me will have to see if they can make it. computer system time should be synced for everyone, so if someone suggests a time at which to hit ' start' on teh archive.com player, we can do a ciontinuous listening party form there while being liogged into the IRC room. —Rules to live by #314: |

I just got informed "04 The TakeOffs - gOofY FoOt" was messed up. I just re-uploaded it, hopefully it is fixed. Please let me know if other songs are truncated. I think he might mean "West Coast Time" (wct) instead of "Pacific Standard Time" (PST)...maybe we can set up a time at GMT or UTC so that everyone worldwide would know when to tune in... |

Welp... I've been listening to the 2008 Compilation for the past couple days and I just wanted to say what a great ensemble of songs and musicians are on there. I love Carol's rendition of Squad Car, The Surf Rockets - Us & Them - is stuck in my head, Wake Up Screaming kills, Goofy Foot is great, my wife loves the Johnny Cash medley by 3rd Wave - an on & on. I made some audio CD's of the comp to play in my car and anyone who's been driving with me has been blown away by the music. |
