The Surf Rockets are going to be performing live on Clint Beachwood's show, "A Day At The Beach" from 4 to 5 on Thursday Dec 27th. We'd love to have you listen. The show is streamed on the web at :

Rob Woolsey ... Marty Tippens
Billy Scanlan ... Doug Forbes

Thanks Kahuna, It should be a blast !
I hope you can come video it.

i'll probably be down there to see it.

It'll be great to see you there Jeff. We're really looking forward to it !!

It was great to see you and John Paul last night Jeff! Thanks for comin' down. What a blast!
I'm gonna hang here in San Diego a couple days and what trouble I can stir up.
Clint Rocks!

I really enjoyed the Surf Rockets! Some great (and unusual) covers and a vocal! It sounded like you guys were having a great time! Thank you to the band and also Clint for having them on his show.

Thanks Kahuna, It should be a blast !
I hope you can come video it.

No one responded to my email Crying

Was that Baja done over the Fortunate Son intro? I agree about the surprising covers--you guys were really good and fun to listen to. Stones, Pink Floyd, Linus and Lucy theme (and oh, yeah--surf too Wink ) really sensetive arpeggio playing and chordal work over the slower tunes too, like Johnny Angel for example.

Only caught the last 15 minutes... sounded fantastic! Hope you can release the whole show on CDR!

hey Billy the Blast-Off Kid,

sorry I didn't get an opportunity to tune in

had a doctor appointment which kept me late (oh, like doctors never do that??)

from what I am reading the live show was bitchin'

thx for the wonderful music that you and your band-mates (in all your bands!) make

Sorry about that Kahuna, things moved pretty fast and I guess I kinda forgot.

There was some video though and it's here:

If anybody missed the live performance (Surf Rockets), on the Clint Beachwood show last Thursday and is interested in hearing it, you can go here :
P.S. I hope the Dickster gets better fast. That sucks.
